About Chase Parker

Built around execution, relationships and ownership.

Chase Parker is a development and advisory platform for complex work where progress depends on more than a good plan. We help align people, decisions, capital and follow-through so the work can keep moving.

Dee Gamble, founder of Chase Parker
Founder & Principal

Dee Gamble

Dee’s work has centered on environments where multiple parties have to move together: housing authorities, developers, consultants, attorneys, lenders, contractors, public agencies and operating teams. His role has consistently been to create clarity, coordinate the work, solve problems and stay with issues until they are addressed.

Across affordable housing redevelopment and public-sector assignments, his experience includes development coordination, project management, consultant and team coordination, financing and application support, resident relocation assistance across RAD I–IV, and ongoing follow-up across development teams.

That operating style is the foundation of Chase Parker: relationship-centered, accountable and focused on execution.

“Dee has been especially valuable on projects with a lot of moving parts and a lot of people at the table. He is able to build relationships, coordinate different parties, follow up on the details, and keep everyone focused on what needs to happen next. He understands that projects move because people move, and when he takes ownership of an issue, he stays with it until it is addressed.”Shenae Draughn · Elm City Communities
How Dee works

Relationship capital with operating discipline.

The value is not simply knowing the right people. It is knowing how to get different people, priorities and responsibilities aligned around the work.

01

Build Trust Quickly

Create credibility across stakeholders so difficult conversations, decisions and coordination can happen without unnecessary friction.

02

Clarify Ownership

Make responsibilities, decisions, deadlines and next steps visible so important work does not disappear between meetings.

03

Coordinate the Moving Pieces

Keep consultants, partners, applications, financing items, deliverables and unresolved issues connected to the larger project objective.

04

Follow Through

Stay with issues until they are handled. Chase Parker does not treat activity as progress or a productive meeting as completion.
